The information below pertains to Te Rau Wānanga Scholarship being offered in 2024

 

NOTE: This scholarship has now closed for 2024.
  • Available: Minimum of 25 awardees
  • Value: Up to 75% of tuition fees. The scholarship will contribute towards tuition fees and other course related costs.
  • Purpose of Award: The purpose of this scholarship is to support tauira studying at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi.
  • Eligibility: Applicants for the scholarship must be enrolled and studying towards a qualification at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi with a commitment to contributing to Māori Health.

Criteria: Recipients will be selected on the following criteria:

  • • Must be enrolled or plan to enrol at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi;
    • Demonstrate a commitment to Māori health;
    • Be of Māori descent;
    • Participate in Te Rau Wānanga planned support activities

Submission of Scholarship Application: Applications are open from Friday 26 January and must be submitted by midnight, Thursday 29 February 2024.
