Staffed by trained professionals, sessions are confidential and free.

    Key features
  • Accessibility: offering flexible session times between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm, with options for sessions outside these hours.
  • Empathy: Counsellors are empathetic, culturally sensitive, and authentic, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
  • Personalised approach: Clients complete an enrolment questionnaire, choose a counsellor, and book an initial appointment through the Puāwaitanga patient portal.
