Te Matatini is a significant cultural festival and the pinnacle event for Māori performing arts. Held every two years, it is one of the most highly anticipated events for performers, their whānau and the mass of passionate Kapa Haka fans throughout the world.
In 2023, we are pleased to be supporting as a strategic partner, 'Te Matatini herenga waka herenga tangata' - Aotearoa and the world's largest Kapa Haka Festival to be held at Ngā Ana Wai/Eden Park, Auckland.
Te Matatini showcases the very best in Kapa Haka where many of our students, staff and graduates are involved from organisation to kaihaka and kaiako levels.
