Career Pathways

Graduates will have advanced skills and knowledge to undertake a range of professional practice roles in the community or clinical mental health and addiction counselling settings.  This may include but is not limited to:

  • Alcohol and Drug Clinician
  • Registered Health Professional
  • Youth Support Worker
  • Social Worker
  • Addiction Counsellor.
Further Education

Graduates may progress to further studies at Masters and Doctorate level in Māori Health and Development, Indigenous Knowledge/Development, Mātauranga Māori and Māori Studies.
