School of Undergraduate Studies
– Unique and relevant undergraduate programmes with a kaupapa Maori context – high quality bachelor and foundation programmes.
The primary goal of the School of Undergraduate Studies is the delivery of high quality bachelor and pre-degree programmes. Our Undergraduate programmes are unique in the way in which they utilise kaupapa Māori pedagogy. Differing from most other tertiary institutions, delivery is predominantly mixed mode - including regular classes, online learning, residential Wānanga and field based work. This provides flexibility for students within a kaupapa Māori context and allows greater access for students from a wide range of backgrounds and situations.
