As the director Director of operations Operations for the Tamaki campus Tui is responsible for leading the development and operational management of the Auckland site at Unitec in Mt Albert. Tui brings to the position, extensive experience in both the tertiary and government sectors. Her previous position was Director of the Maia Māori Development Centre at Unitec. She had been with Unitec since March 2000 in a number of roles most notably Tui was instrumental in the development of Te Noho Kotahitanga, the newly completed Unitec marae.
Tui is continuing further study and is about to embark upon a PhD with Awanuiārangi.
